These terms describe the text messaging (SMS) program offered by CBJH Inc., doing
business as Bill Boom Inc. (“Bill Boom,” “we,” “us”), to customers and employees.
Program description
Bill Boom’s SMS program is used for account servicing and internal dispatch only.
Customers may receive text messages containing a link to view or pay an invoice, or a
payment reminder for an open balance. Employees (drivers) receive an automated text
of their daily job schedule. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising
text messages through this program.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity — typically no more than a
few messages per month for customers with an open invoice or balance. Drivers receive
one automated message per day.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Bill
Boom does not charge you for these messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.
Opt-in and opt-out
You consent to receive these text messages when you provide your phone number to
Bill Boom verbally over the phone while booking a service call with our dispatcher,
or when you ask us to text you a specific item — such as an invoice, receipt, or
payment link — by phone or in person; that request is your consent for the messages
needed to fulfill it. Employees consent to internal dispatch texts as part of
employment onboarding. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing
any service. You may opt out at any time by replying
STOP to any message, or by
contacting us directly using the information below. Reply
HELP for
assistance or more information. After opting out, you will no longer receive texts
from this program, though we may still contact you by phone or email regarding your
account.
Supported carriers
This program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Bill Boom and its
messaging provider are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, including
those caused by carrier network issues.

Your information is handled according to our
