Last updated: 08-21-2026 CBJH Inc., doing business as Bill Boom Inc. (“Bill Boom,” “we,” “us”), provides boom crane services in the Denver metro area. This policy explains what information we collect from customers and employees, how we use it, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

Customer account information: business name, billing address, job-site address, phone number, and email/AP contact, collected when you set up service or request a quote.
Job and billing records: invoices, payment history, and purchase order numbers associated with your account.
Payment information: processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your card number ourselves.
Employee information: phone numbers of our own drivers/staff, used for internal scheduling and dispatch.

How we use your information

To schedule and dispatch jobs.
To send invoices and account statements.
To send text messages (SMS) about your account, including:
- a link to view or pay an invoice, and
- payment reminders for an open balance.
To send our own drivers their daily job schedule (internal use only — this does not involve customer data).

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not sell or share your phone number or other information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging (SMS)

You consent to receive these text messages when you provide your phone number to Bill Boom verbally over the phone while booking a service call with our dispatcher, or when you ask us to text you a specific item — such as an invoice, receipt, or payment link — by phone or in person; that request is your consent for the messages needed to fulfill it. Our own employees consent to internal dispatch texts as part of employment onboarding. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. You can opt out of these messages at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting us directly at the phone number or email below. Information sharing

We share information only as needed to provide our services — for example, with Stripe to process a payment, or with our SMS provider (Twilio) to deliver a text message. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain account and billing records as needed for our business and tax recordkeeping obligations.
