Bill Boom Inc. uses text messages for transactional job and billing communication only — invoices, payment links, and scheduling updates about crane work you hired us for. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we never sell or share your mobile number with third parties.
How you opt in
1. Verbally, when you book a job by phone. Almost all of our business is booked over the phone. If you’d like your invoice or job updates by text, our office asks for your consent during the booking call using this script:
“Would you like your invoice and any updates about this job by text message? Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies with your job, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not required to book work with us.”
If you say yes, we record the date of your consent and your mobile number in our scheduling system with your customer record. If you say no, we use email or the phone instead — nothing about your service changes.
2. By asking us to text you something. If you request an invoice, receipt, or payment link by text — on a phone call or in person at a job site — that request is your consent, and it covers the messages needed to complete that request.
3. Our own crew. Employees of Bill Boom Inc. receive an automated nightly text with the next day’s job schedule. This is internal dispatch messaging to our own staff, who consent as part of employment and can opt out the same way (reply STOP).
What we send
- Invoices and receipts for completed work (with a secure link)
- Payment links and payment reminders you’ve asked for
- Scheduling updates about your booked job (running early/late, confirmations)
Message frequency varies with your job — typically 1–3 messages per job. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message from us and texting stops immediately — we’ll switch your invoices to email or paper. Reply HELP for help, or call the office at 303-761-2666. Opting out never affects your service or your ability to hire us.
